Our sister school, Academia International School, is also an accredited examination centre in Basel and Zurich for IGCSE and A Level examinations.

You can sit your exams with us during all major international examination periods:

Registration

Internal candidates
If you are enrolled at Academia Matura, we support you not only in lessons and exam preparation, but also guide you step by step through the registration process.

External candidates

Contact the examination centre in Basel or Zurich

Confirm your subject choices and exam details
3
Complete the registration form and pay the examination fee
4
Send confirmation of payment to the examinations office by email
5
Check the official Provisional Statement of Entry and confirm it with the examinations office
6
You will receive your individual timetable and further information approximately two to three weeks after the registration deadline

We know that exams are an important milestone. That is why we offer:

Transparent exam planning: timely information about dates, deadlines and procedures
Personal support: dedicated contacts before, during and after the exams
Professional exam rooms: a calm, modern environment with invigilators and clearly structured procedures
Support for special requirements: for a limited number of candidates with diagnosed support needs or health-related impairments, we can provide access arrangements such as extra time, use of a computer, supervised rest breaks or a separate room

Examination fees depend on the number and type of exams, the exam board and any specific arrangements required. We are happy to send you an overview of the current fees.
